What is EMS and what does Kimron provide?
EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) means contract manufacturing of electronics. Kimron Technologies provides a complete EMS solution: engineering and design for manufacturing, component sourcing and supply chain management, PCB assembly on SMT lines plus manual and mechanical assembly, testing and delivery to your door (TURN KEY).
Do you build prototypes and small batches?
Yes. We support products from prototype and development stage through to serial and mass production, adapting the product to the production line.
Which certifications and standards does Kimron hold?
Kimron is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 (medical devices), and manufactures to IPC-610, IPC-620 and J-STD-001.
Which industries do you serve?
We manufacture for civilian, medical and defense industries, for customers in Israel and worldwide.
How do you manage sourcing and the supply chain?
Sourcing is managed in our ERP system, with approved suppliers, configuration control, component availability tracking and alternative parts when needed – to keep your schedule on track.
